JUST TEE IT SALES POLICY

 

The following terms and conditions apply to all bookings with Just Tee It. You are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions. The organiser shall be known as the ‘Company’ in the conditions below.

 

1. Prices shown are in Singapore dollars unless otherwise stated.

2. All prices displayed are an “invitation to treat” and do not constitute an offer by Just Tee It.

3. Just Tee It reserves the right to terminate any booking or transaction and refund any collected money (if any) to the customer.

4. Just Tee It staff may provide advisory information but cannot undertake any responsibility or liability for any changes in information.

5. Any booking is subject to acceptance by Just Tee It. Just Tee It will not be responsible for any error or omission regarding prices or other information.

 

Payment and Cancellation Charges

Deposit payment is required at the point of booking.

 

Any cancellation after the booking has been receipt is subjected to an administrative fee of S$30.00. Please note that a minimum of 3 working days is required to make cancellation.

 

Receipt of cancellation notice @ Cancellation Charges

 

Before confirmation of package(s) @ Deposit(s) paid + Admin fee of S$30.00

 

After confirmation of package(s) @ Deposit(s) paid + Admin fee of S$30.00 + 50% of package(s)

 

Cancellation and/or Amendment Notice, Fee and Right to Reject

Cancellation of confirmed booking(s), at your request, must be made in writing before the commencement of class to avoid misunderstandings and received by Just Tee It to be effective. The charges in the preceding paragraph apply. Just Tee It and the Company reserves the right to withdraw any booking made by a customer or decline or refuse any person as a member of the class before the commencement of the lesson, if it appears to Just Tee It and/or the Company that any such person is likely to endanger the health or safety, or impair the comfort and enjoyment of others in the class. In any of the foregoing events, Just Tee It’s sole liability shall be limited to a refund on the package amount paid.

 

Cancellation of Class by Just Tee It and the Company

At times, due to low subscription of a particular class, Just Tee It and the Company may choose to cancel the entire class. Just Tee It and the Company may, if it chooses, recommend alternative classes, preferably close to the same location, or other class to you. Should you decide not to accept the alternatives; refunds of the deposit made, excluding taxes (if any) and online transaction fee, will be paid to you within 31 days.

 

Amendment(s) to Booking(s) – Requested by Customer

Any amendment(s) after the booking has been confirmed is subjected to an administrative fee of S$30.00. Please note that a minimum of 3 working days is required to make amendment(s). No refund will be made for any unused portions of the booking(s).

 

At times, customer may request for a change in the package. This is subject to the Company’s conditions, availability, etc. Any additional charge imposed by the Company will be bourned by the customer.

 

Amendment(s) to Booking(s) – Requested by Just Tee It and/or the Company

Just Tee It and/or the Company makes reasonable effort to avoid changes in the package. However, Just Tee It and/or the Company reserve the right to make minor changes at any one time without compensation and without prior notice.

 

Modes of Payment

Just Tee It and/or the Company reserves the right to cancel your booking. Title of package does not belong to the customer until good payment is made. Credit/debit card payment is preferred. In a situation where card transaction does not go through, alternative payment may be in cheque, internet bank transfer or cash as advised by Just Tee It staff.

 

In the event of cancellation and/or amendment(s), there will be an administrative fee of S$30.00 to be charged for all returned cheques. In the same situation, an interest of 3% per month will be levied for all outstanding amounts reflected on the invoice until good payment is made according to the date stamped on the invoiced.

 

Responsibility and Liability

Where Just Tee It and the Company has not seen negligent nor in breach of any duty, they assume no responsibility for injury, damage, accident, loss, delay, or irregularities that may be caused to persons or property, where such occur as a result of circumstances beyond their control.

 

Just Tee It is an agent of the product and service providers and is not liable for changes made by suppliers but will render assistance wherever possible.

 

Just Tee It and the Company will not be responsible or liable for (damages, refunds or otherwise) mechanical breakdowns except where it is due to negligence on the part of the Company or where its agents, government actions, weather, act of God, strikes compulsory quarantine or other circumstances beyond its control.

 

Unused Services

No refund will be made if package is not utilised by the customer, either in part of full, or where customer amends, cancels or otherwise varies arrangements after commencement of the class.

 

Refunds

Refunds will take a period of 31 days to process. Value of refund and amount to be refunded is subject to the discretion of Just Tee It and/or the Company. It is also subject to cancellation and administrative charges by Just Tee It and/or the Company.

 

In addition to the Company’s cancellation and refund charges, Just Tee It levies an administration fee of S$30.00 per person.

 

Transfer of Booking(s)

Just Tee It is not obligated to transfer booking out to another agent. If the customer requires Just Tee It to do so, it will be deemed as cancellation of booking and charges as above mentioned will be levied.
